Frequently Asked Questions
What happens before tuition begins?
The first step is an initial consultation with both the parent/carer and the learner. This gives us an opportunity to get to know one another, discuss your child's needs and explore how I may be able to help.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. The initial consultation allows us to discuss your child's needs, answer any questions and decide whether my services are the right fit for your family.
How are lessons delivered?
All sessions are delivered online on a one-to-one basis and are tailored to your child's individual needs.
Do you offer face-to-face tuition?
No. All tuition and support services are delivered online.
When are sessions available?
Sessions are generally available during UK daytime and evening hours.
How long are sessions?
Session length will be discussed during the consultation and will depend on your child's age, needs and individual circumstances.
Do I need to book a block of sessions?
No. There is no requirement to book a block of sessions.
However, due to limited availability and the specialist nature of the support provided, booking in advance is recommended.
How does payment work?
Payment is required in advance to secure your child's session.
What happens if a session cannot take place?
Payments are non-refundable and will be transferred to the next available lesson. Future bookings remain subject to availability.
Do you have a waiting list?
As I work with a limited number of families, availability may sometimes be restricted. If no suitable sessions are available, you may be placed on a waiting list.
